As mentioned in the overview of our site, both our Jacksonville and St. Augustine offices are free-standing ambulatory surgical facilities, and both facilities are strategically located to meet the needs of all patients on the First Coast and is easily accessible by private or public transportation.

The Jacksonville Location
The Jacksonville location is located across the street from St. Luke's Hospital at Southpoint Parkway.
The St. Augustine Location
Our St. Augustine facility is located in the St. Johns Medical Park on US 1, approximately 1.5 miles south of Flagler Hospital.
